Yahoo Sucks!

Jonathan Swift in Gulliver's Travels described a Yahoo as, "a race of brutish degraded creatures...having the form and all the vices of man.......vicious course persons". The founders of Yahoo actually named their company with this quote/definition in mind!

I had been trying for 6 months to get my site on to Yahoo. Finally I wrote to Url Support at Yahoo. Two of my pages were published in the interim. Url support advised that my pages load too slow. I wrote back that they must be using a wood burning Apple ll, cause all of the site inspection tests show otherwise.... Yahoo must've not liked my humor, next thing I know the two pages that were up vanished. I have e-mailed and e-mailed Url support about this and heard nothing from Yahoo. Yahoo Sucks! Hence, this Url. I am going to submit this Url monthly to Yahoo, think they'll publish it?

Anyone that restricts freedom of speech is a Yahoo!

Anyone that restrains trade is a Yahoo!

Anyone that can not cope with rapid growth is a Yahoo!

Anyone that is pretentious enough to ask you to "suggest a site" is a Yahoo!

Anyone that sells or buys over-valued stock (like Yahoo's) is a Yahoo!

Other Search Engines that Suck!

Hot Bot Sucks! A partner of Yahoo (sucks). Their engine spidered half of my pages then "they disappeared", rebsubmitted them, up a few days then "disappeared". Hot Bot does respond to E-mail, but the story changes.... it either takes 3 weeks, or 6 weeks or 6 months for your pages to be indexed....????

What U Seek Sucks! I have had the old "disappearing trick" happen 3 times with these world class jerks. They don't answer their E-mail.

UPDATE!

I posted this website on 3/20/99 and submitted it to 40 search engines including Yahoo on 3/22/99. On 3/23/99 within 24 hours I received this E-Mail. Hmmmm, very curious indeed!
